Leema's Ceylon Cinnamon is grown by a small-holder farmer in a single estate in Kamburupitiya, Matara where some of the world’s best cinnamon is grown. This package contains about 4-5 large cinnamon quills.

Our partner farmers grow Ceylon cinnamon trees naturally and organically in forest gardens. All of our single-origin spices are freshly harvested from the latest season. 

They sustainably harvest the cinnamon, hand peel and roll them, sun-dry to remove moisture, and ship directly to us. From the most recent harvest
