Our partner farmers grow pepper organically in forest gardens. They harvest the peppercorns from vines sustainably while also considering the biodiversity. When it is the right time to harvest, our expert farmers handpick the berries, sun-dry them, and ship them directly to us. We grind them in small batches and pack everything fresh to preserve the natural flavor profiles and to maintain the freshness.

Since our Leema spices are freshly harvested, they have a more pungent taste than other brands. Our peppercorns are warm, fiery, and spicy. We always recommend using a quarter of what the recipe says.
