Ingredients:
For waffle batter:
- 1 cup garbanzo flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of turmeric
- Black peppercorn
- Salt to taste

3-5 curry leaves
Veggies:
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onions
For the buttermilk
- 1/2 + 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions:

Preheat your waffle maker.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the garbanzo flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, turmeric, curry powder, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix together the milk and lime juice to create the buttermilk. Let it sit for 4-5 minutes.

Meanwhile diced bell pepper, and onions.

Fold in the veggies and curry leaves to the flour mixture.
